I have 6 years of janitorial and maid cleaning experience behind me and she has 3 years cleaning and housekeeping experience behind her. As business grows we are already looking into becoming licensed, bonded and insured soon! We offer personal cleaning services for you to enjoy. Being only a two man team, you will always have the same cleaning crew and know what to expect. Working out of our home, we tend to Columbia, Jefferson City, Fulton and surrounding area's. Bedrooms
Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, and shelves. Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings. Vacuum carpets. Wash and dry hard flooring. Make beds, including changing sheets if left out. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. Wipe off light switch plates and plug-ins, dust light fixtures and blinds. Move light furniture like chairs, couches and tables to sweep/mop beneath (Dressers or heavier furniture I cannot move myself is not included, sorry.) Wipe off doors, remove residue, build up and fingerprints from common hand area's. Dust baseboards.
Bathrooms
Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, back splashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. Wipe off light switch plates.
Kitchen & Dining Room
Clean top of appliances, counters, tables and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize counter tops and back splashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wipe down front of dishwasher and cabinet doors. Wash floors. Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. Wipe off light switch plates.
Other Rooms
This includes: Offices, Den Areas, Utility Rooms, Foyers, Hallways, Stairs, ect.
Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. Wipe down exterior of washer/dryer, desks and around office equipment. Dust blinds, air vents, vacuum or mop stairs, wipe down windows on front and back doors along with sliding glass doors. Wipe off light switch plates.

Five supplies You Need; along with some of my recommendations
(You may get whatever you prefer as well instead):
Degreaser: CleanStone Plus for stone/granite counter tops, Grease Lightening, Mean Green, ect
Multi Surface: Mr. Clean, Lysol, Pledge, ect
Soap Scum Remover: Scrubbing Bubbles, kaboom, Tilex, Clorox, ect
Glass Cleaner: Windex or other brand
Floor Cleaner: Mr. Clean, Bona for hardwood floors, vinegar, pine sol, ect
I'll supply the following:
Liquid Comet/Soft Scrub
Mop and bucket
Sponges/Clothes
Extended Duster
Step-Ladder
Vacuum and porti-vac: I use a Kirby Avalon (newest model) that converts to a portable vacuum with extensions to sweep rugs, hard flooring, drapes, crevices, furniture and more.
Floor Neutralizer (I will use this every 4 or so cleanings. It neutralizes the film of other cleaners on the floor so there is no buildup in case too much was used in the past/over time and to give it a fresh start).
How it Works!
If you are interested in our services, simply email, call or text via the contact information provided under the Contact tab and we will come out to place an estimate on your house. The first cleaning we will charge more since there will be buildup, plus to ensure that everything was touched by us and properly cleaned to our policies and procedures. We will come into the house, discuss which rooms or area's of your house need to be cleaned and check over the amount of work and space needing to be done. First time in we will clean under all movable furniture (couches, smaller tables, shelving that is easy to move, chairs, ect). After that, we will do this service during the rooms 'special attention' days. Blinds, baseboards, wall edging and similar detail work is also done completely in all rooms on a first time in, then only on special attention days for that room after. This makes the first time in much longer than continuance cleanings thus the larger first time fee.
Special Attention... what is that? Well let me explain! After the first initial cleaning where everything is touched, moved, cleaned and more, we will choose 2 rooms to pay special attention to. So after the first cleaning, the second time we may pay special attention to the master bedroom and bathroom, then on the third cleaning we would do this to the kitchen and dining room. So on and so forth until all rooms of the house have been rotated and we reach where we started then begin again. This ensures all rooms are deep cleaned over time without cleaning the things that don't get as dirty every time, thus making the time to clean your home less and the fee cheaper! If you prefer that certain things are done every cleaning (ex: blinds dusted on every visit) we will make note of that and include it in your continuance cleaning fee for the time spent.
Currently I am available for cleanings between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. I can clean on weekends but there is usually an extra fee for that and only on special requests. (First time in, move outs, move in's, ect.) We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rates! The more we come to clean, the less the fee! (Ex: Monthly $110, Bi-Weekly $90, Weekly $75.)
